The first 4/6 of these things are things you have to consciously choose to better yourself at and they're free! No health product can fix your sleep schedule or make you get more sun. No one is going to learn how to mitigate/remove the stress in your life except for you!
No one is going to force you to get up and be active, those are things you have to want for yourself. These are the things that I find people make the MOST excuses for yet the funny thing is, they all go hand in hand, and one leads right to the other!
If I get a better sleep/wake cycle, I'm able to get in to the sun more and since my sleeping schedule is fixed, I have more energy to work out and be active which I can go do in the sun for free!
Now that I've been active, been exposed to sufficient amounts of sunlight and expended my energy, I can get a good night's sleep and do it all again tomorrow.
It's hard for me to address stress because it's something that is very idiosyncratic to all of our lives and needs to be handled as such - put in the hard work to live a life stress free.
Stress is NOT a badge of honour.
If you're not committed to working on the things that benefit you that are FREE.....I can assumes that you're not entirely serious about bettering your health and well-being!
If you want to be better, do better.
